Behind its eclectic façade, every shape, material, colour, furniture, lighting fixture, and object has been carefully selected to offer you an unprecedented experience.

La Villa Maurice is situated in a central neighbourhood in Ixelles, near the heart of Brussels, renowned for its remarkable Art Deco and modernist buildings. The Avenue Louise, the Villa Empain-Fondation Boghossian, the Bois de la Cambre and the university area (ULB and VUB) are within a stone’s throw making it the ideal starting point to explore Brussels’ cultural heritage while enjoying the calm of a charming town house.

For breakfast, toiletries and bed and bath linens, we prioritize high-quality, locally sourced products and collaborate with Belgian producers who adopt a respectful and responsible approach towards people and the environment.

The suite Maurice (30 m²) offers a lovely balcony overlooking the garden and a bath/shower in the private bathroom. It also features a sitting area, a desk, and a separate toilet. It is equipped with a queen size double bed (160 cm), wardrobes, free Wi-Fi and ethernet, air conditioning, a smart TV, a mini-fridge, a Nespresso coffee machine, a tea kettle, toiletries, bathrobes and a hairdryer. The suite is accessible by elevator (floor +1). An à la carte breakfast is included. Access to the suite is self-service via a code received on the day of arrival.

Suite Ernestine

The suite Ernestine (24 m²) is characterized by its lovely street-facing balcony and a spacious shower in the private bathroom. It also features a sitting area, a desk, and a separate toilet. Suite Elise

ENVELOPING WARMTH AND SOFTNESS

The suite Elise (40 m²) features a sitting area, a desk, a bath and a spacious shower in the private bathroom, and a separate toilet. It is equipped with a king-size bed (180 cm), wardrobes, free Wi-Fi and ethernet, air conditioning, a smart TV, a mini-fridge, a Nespresso coffee machine, a tea kettle, toiletries, bathrobes and a hairdryer. The sofa can be used as an extra bed (180 x 80 cm real mattress) allowing to comfortably accommodate two adults and one child. The suite is accessible by elevator (floor +3). The connecting suite comprises Suite Maurice and Suite Ernestine. It features a pleasant terrace overlooking the garden and a terrace overlooking the street. Each double suite features a sitting area, a desk, a private bathroom (bath or shower), and a separate toilet. They are equipped with queen-size beds (160 cm), wardrobes, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a smart TV, a mini-fridge, Nespresso machines and kettles, Makesenz toiletries, and a hairdryer.
